Pros and cons of Alarm.com app for iPhone and iPad

Alarm.com app good for

Zero issues. Love being able to arm and disarm from anywhere in the world that has cell reception.

Easy to use. Works fantastic. Ive never seen any problems with.

Works excellent and I do rely on the app to arm/dis arm the system. Also I like when it reminds when I forget to arm the system and leave the house. One thing though, is that some times it takes longer to disarm the system. This happened in few times. But it is a very useful and efficient app

Using it everydays, easy and simple. No problems or bugs whatsoever.

What a phenomenal way to manage your homes. What more could a homeowner ask for in one seamless App

Works well. Only complaint is that my Alarm.com thermostat is adjustable in .5 celcious degree increments but the app is only in 1.0 increments

Some bad moments

This app often has issues arming the house in the desired fashion.

Simple app, works as expected. Needs to have the ability to work with rules and schedules like the website. Real pain to have to log in multiple places to work with system.

None of the remote apps work! very disappointed have called many times to fix the glitches works for a couple days then screws up again! Not a fan.

"Auto" thermostat app has stupid "manual controlled" fan. Duh. 15 minutes of programming code for them to make it offer a schedule feature and not be stupid. Take a lesson from Nest. I am.

My arm/ disarm is having a hard time functioning since the last iPhone update.

The app stopped working after 4 days, it says most of my sensors are open when my entire house is closed. It does not do what it was created for, arming and controlling my house when Im away. For that reason, I would not recommend this app.
