Being in the Security Industry for over 15 years I can understand and appreciate what a integrated user friend application this is. The only issue I ask Alarm.com come up with a update so we can bypass zones without using our keypads !

I have 2 houses and need to log out between sessions. A bit complicated. Please make multiple session open at same time or have a login screen with both account to chose from.

"Auto" thermostat app has stupid "manual controlled" fan. Duh. 15 minutes of programming code for them to make it offer a schedule feature and not be stupid. Take a lesson from Nest. I am.

I love it! I know when my kids get home by a notification!

It would be convenient to view a programmable zone list in the app of all zones in residence. That way when away from the lake house I could identify what zone is giving me a "trouble" notice.

I am not able to view my cameras from the app.

My arm/ disarm is having a hard time functioning since the last iPhone update.

Still unable to disarm the system every time I need I use it (working 80%). Have to use keypad. Arming option work every time tho. Geo location warning not working at all. --- Pas en mesure de désactiver mon système toutes les fois que jen ai de besoin (fonctionne à 80%). Erreur: "Désarment impossible pour le moment". Je dois utiliser le clavier. La fonction de géolocalisation ne fonctionne pas.

The app stopped working after 4 days, it says most of my sensors are open when my entire house is closed. It does not do what it was created for, arming and controlling my house when Im away. For that reason, I would not recommend this app.

Would give 5 stars if door lock status sync would be reliable when manually locking the door. Also would be great if the app had an emergency button...

App not working, I cannot arm the system and I am away from the house

App stopped working on my phone and my wifes phone. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Ive been in the industry for over 15 years. Alarm.com is the best home control and security app available for both users in system administrators. I highly recommend it.

Some days works well, but has way to many connection errors/ saying door is jammed (restoral issues) when its not for example and is slow. It needs some major updates. App download isnt consistent with who has certain permissions. Says theres new features but they dont show up on the app itself.

Have had it for 3 months, 10/10 would not recommend, nothing but trouble since day 1...

Much more responsive.

Okay, we have a Sleep scene. Awesome. But what household wants the chime to beep every few seconds while the system is arming in Stay mode when most of the family is already in bed? We need to be able to set the silent option in a scene.

Still unable to disarm my alarm system every time. Why Disarm stop working once in a while? I can send disarm command 20 times no luck. With 3 differents phones. Jarrive pas à désarmer mon système dalarme lorsque nécessaire. Pourquoi ça fonction et ça arrête soudainement? Je peux envoyer la commande 20 fois, sans succès. Même problème avec 3 téléphones differents.
