Security overview shows what is open, and currently it is only reporting kitchen window open. I have both family room windows open which are reported as closed. I feel the motion sensor was placed in a bad spot because I have put up curtain and cant arm my state to away. I arm it to stay through my phone once outside.

Connectivity to devices are slow my WINK app does not experience the same slowness. Also I want to reorder my locks. Its annoying that it defaults to my back door when I want the front door as default.

A very well functioning app. Responds quickly, works well with home automation features. The new 3D Touch features make it quick to arm/disarm.

Been using the app for awhile now and its had its ups and downs for sure! When its working properly, its convenient. But when its not, wow!, its very aggravating! SO glad they changed the aspect of the camera view back to what it previously was. That narrower, fishbowl lookin view was terrible! Lets try and keep up the good work!

It is hit or miss using this app whether its going to actually set the alarm or change the thermostat or if its just going to flash endlessly as if its in a permanent pending phase. Ive had to reset, delete, re-add the app and try over and over just to get the app to work in the middle of the night. Defeats the purpose of convenience when you have to spend more time and effort trying to get the app to work than just getting up and changing it manually

They keep changing the look of this app, but it does what it does: remote alarm control. Thermostat control remains confusing. Delay still not handled the best.

This used to be a good app, but lack of updated technology makes this useless to protect your home.

I want to feel safe know your protecting my home & me if I need help you can alert police or medical In the event of an emergency gps my location agent comes over my phone as how can I help you the customer states the problem the operator dispatch help to the location

I absolutely hate this app! Me and my wife work different schedule. I wake up at 3am for work,my wife wakes up for work at 8am. When Im in my car getting ready to leave for work, I will try to set the alarm but it just loads for 4 minutes as if it is going to arm but never does. Ill try this over and over my whole ride to work, still doesnt arm. When I get to work I have to wake up my wife by calling her so can get out of bed to set the alarm manually. I pay a lot for this system, $55/month to keep my wife and 6 month old baby a little safer and for this simple/main feature to not work is just ridiculous! Ive been struggling with this problem since Ive got the alarm system. Ive been hoping for an update that would possibly fix this problem but no longer will waste my money/time! I will be going with a different company just because of this useless app!

App does not communicate with system anymore. Support team has no clue, blames isp. Notifications of alarm events never sent to phone. Dont count on this app to monitor your home.

Ive had systems using the Honeywell app and let me say in my opinion this is so much better and faster that it would be a significant factor in who I chose for my security company. They are constantly updating the app to make it more user friendly. Im a totally happy customer!

So simple and easy to use. I use it for my home and for my 70 yr old fathers home!

This is by far the BEST smart home security app I have ever used! Great feature set and very intuitive experience. Its frustrating that most of the negative reviews Ive read have nothing to do with the actual app experience. Complaints about a technician or the hardware in your home SHOULD NOT be shared in an app review!

I like apps that give me the convenience to self monitor my system. I use it all the time.

Arm/disarm my system is much faster, lock and lights are faster as well.

I love how they have everything in one spot, and the ability to view my system history to see if something is amiss is perfect! My cameras work great through the app as well. If I could make recording schedules it would be even better

Simple to use, straight forward. No complaints

I never need to worry about whether I left the door unlocked, thx alarm.com! I also love that I always know whos coming and going.
