Needs major updating! It works one day and not the next. The issue first started with my door locks, which ok maybe its the lock even tho we reset it. Now its the thermostat! Not responding or eventually responding after a lengthy time. Update the app!!!!

My wife and I love this app. If we forget to set the alarm while were out of town, its as easy as pushing a couple of commands on the cell phone and thats all there is to it. We both know our home is secure and thats the best feeling you can have now a days. Its definitely a five star app.

This app needs a serious overhaul. It should not take the app 10+ minutes at time to disarm my home at home. It should take maybe a few seconds. I shouldnt have to call Montronics, go into my home, and deactivate the loud alarm as if someone were breaking in. When Im paying for a service, I expect it to work.

Alarm.Com is a great high tech home monitoring solution. Having gone all in (garage doors, home lights, locks, video, water, smoke detectors) all of it works seamlessly. The app gives better information than most home keypads can and works across iPads, Internet, and iPhones seamlessly). Keep up the great work!

I would recommend.

Most of the time this app doesnt show the proper status of my system, and arm or dearm request usually dont go through. This has started to occur with recent updates. Please fix!

Finally get to use my alarm system all the time. Even when I leave the house and forget to turn it on. Like I just did 5 minutes ago.

I have been using this app for 3+ yrs. love it. I dont use my key pad at home. I highly recommend this app.

This app is easy to use and it is so very nice to be able to remotely change my settings.

Worked perfect the first time I tried it without any tweaks needed. I wish I had other Zwave components to add! ----lake.dweller

Great for setting alarm and checking sensors when away from the house

Has not worked for months. Theres no patch of update available. Great and convenient app, otherwise.

Not that great works when it feels like it . .. Tells you things are off when they are on and there service provider pffff there a joke

Overall very pleased. Best system on the market today. A few wish list items: 1) on the app, please show when the a/c or heat is running vs not. Maybe the fan could change colors when operational. 2) would like to see garage door integration on app rather than having to use lift master app.

The login screen takes forever to load. Once it does, Touch ID comes up and reads the fingerprint then the numeric keypad come up. Double security?

Theres not really much to it. You can arm and disarm. Id like to see more functions, for example, a panic alarm would be nice.

This app has simplified our life. Especially the garage door feature. Even being able to view the cameras is awesome.
