When you send a silent arm stay with the latest update the panel doesnt receive the Command for silent.

Works about 50 percent of the time, not reliable for setting alarm consistently

This app has potential but needs a lot of work. For example: I would like to use the automatic feature but its all too complicated. Plus there isnt just everyday schedule. There is a weekend/weekday day schedule or you must program 7 days a week or copy or try to move the lines which dont function well. Better explanations are needed. My house has three separate heating/cooling systems so I want it working well to save energy. The delay is prett significant too. That could be improved. Youre almost there Alarm.com just keep going.

This apps keeps timing out when we try to disarm the alarm!!!!

Pretty intuitive, gives you everything you would need. If they wanted to add any improvements the ability to schedule the alarm would be nice.

The different reviews would lead one to wonder if were all using the same app... The user, the phone and carrier, the different systems, and location differences must play a big part in the success, or lack of, of the app. I live in Hectorville OK, use an iPhone 5s, and get VERY poor service, through AT&T, inside my home. Yet, the only hitch I ever have in the functionality of the app is, occasionally, if Im parked closely, right in front of the garage. Otherwise, the app works spot on.

This is 1 app that is ready when I need it and even BEFORE I need it! I like how its always right there at the bottom of my lock screen in the morning so I can disarm our security system quickly. Now, if it could SOMEHOW bring me my morning coffee--i Id really be impressed! Thanks for developing it.

Are they going to screw up this app? Now nothing works...first update blew out the cameras now you cant even turn on or off the system...this app is useless and they have real idiots in their tech dept trying to fix it

Works great! Can control thermostat and set alarms and deactivate from my phone. Added security while at home and away. Would suggest video doorbell too! Monitors movement also and sends alerts right to you phone!

Use it everyday and I love the alerts!

I enjoy and am very happy for purchasing a system with this app. We have had our alarm system and app for just under 4 years. The only issue is what previous reviews have mentioned where the app does not set or connect. I have found this more true with my Samsung phone than my girlfriends iPhone.

One of the easiest apps to use on my phone. Helps me remember to lock my doors, close my garage, arm my system- big help!!!

It allows me to do exactly what I need it to do from wherever I am. I love being able to monitor when and how often the motion detectors are tracking movement through the house and being able to arm the system anywhere at anytime.. Is icing on the cake!
