Alarm.com is a great service for a great price. The app provides an easy to use interface to control all of our items hooked to alarm.com.

This is a classic example of trying to have "cool" functionality over usability. If they would simplify a bit and emphasize usability, this would be a great app.

Great- I used to love this alarm app. It made it very convenient to set my house alarm from anywhere or disarm it before I walk in the door. Horrible- This past week it hasnt been working at all. I cant even click on the app. So I deleted it. I tried to download it again and it wont down load. Im so disappointed!!!

The app is great! I did learn the hard way, it has to have a signal to communicate with the panel but due to placement of keypad and the old 2G signal plus interference. I added a panel inside of my garage and it eliminated the issue. That was 2 years ago. As of today the panel was upgraded to 4g free of charge by our Alarm company for better signal and future compatibility.

From all apps easiest to use. Very intuitive. Wish it was I different languages as English is not my native, rather than that all well thought and easy to navigate.

I use this app for my security system at my primary home (Ohio) and vacation home (Florida). Im able to lock/unlock doors, change thermostats, turn lights on/off, get alerts on just about anything I want. Occasionally, Ill have a hiccup but its not clear whether the root cause is the app or the internet connection. Overall, Im very satisfied.

The notifications and app worked great in the beginning. Now the camera goes out after any rain or storm the notifications stopped and customer support cant fix it. Its a total flop now.

App was already great, but recent addition of 3D Touch usage adds even more convenience!

3D Touch lets me access my thermostat and camera really fast. I also really like the Touch ID. The new dashboard for the iPad is really cool. you are able to personalize the app completely. I see what I care the most on the top. Seems faster than previous versions. Great job!

The app works fine for the most part, but Ive had connectivity issues in the past of the app not sending alerts.

This app is awesome and the updates to it are super useful! Its intuitive and simple to use and lets me control many things in my home that I use on a daily basis - security system, a thermostat, a lock and a few lights! Its really nice to be able to control all of this no matter where Im at! Also, Ive seen a few reviews from people whose app doesnt seem to be working correctly, it probably has nothing to do with the app and they probably need to call their security provider to get help... Anyways, I highly recommend this app!!

App is working great for me. Happy they changed the video screen size back to how it was.

Works perfectly with my wife and Is iPhones and iPads. All of which have the latest iOS 5.0.1 software.

I love this app. Its so easy to use and helps us keep our home safe whether were home or away.

High attention to detail

Love this app! Can disarm and arm our alarm from anywhere. Also able to have multiple people use it for more than one location. Notifications are quick also.

This is one of the most functional apps ever! I have, occasionally, left home ... or gotten in bed, without setting the alarm -- this app allows me to set it without an early return home or getting out of bed! I absolutely LOVE this app and would recommend it to anyone with a compatible home security system. We have had NO problems with the app. Although the arm/disarm cycle was a bit sluggish, initially, that problem seems to be resolved -- especially when arming from inside the house! We live in MS, and have accessed our system from as far away as CA, with only a few seconds delay -- Ive waited longer for the tone to leave a voicemail! We have recommended this app to others and expect to continue doing so. We are, and have been, exceedingly pleased!

I so love this app , its fantastic . Love having control no matter where I am in the USA . Stuck at work and neighbor will run over to let the dog out .... No problem turning alarm off and back on ..... Love this app highly recommend
